To emphasise the above points, and to show that following my guidance can be dangerous, I have included an X-Ray of my finger, following an accident in which I cut off the tip of my finger (I gave a brake drum on the 924 a shove to get it to go on, it did, with my finger still in the way). After reconstructive plastic surgery, some physio and several years to heal I still have problems with it. Like I say you follow my instructions at your own risk!

Finally, as you will see below it appears that every page in this site is tracking its visitors. In reality all that most pages are doing is tracking the IP address you are using to access the web; no personal information is gathered by this process, and no information whatsoever is passed on to any third parties. In fact all I do with the data gathered is plot how many pages you have seen in the last 24 hour period (this may sometimes give odd values due to my attempt to take care of time zones). In no way is this information connected to any personal information about yourselves.
You will also notice that most pages will from time to time set cookies. These cookies are set to check if your browser accepts cookies, and if your browser does this enables some additional formatting features (such as text only). These cookies are used by the originating domain only.
The exceptions to the above statements come when you use any of the feedback or cv forms. The information you submit on these forms is treated in strictest confidence, and will not be publicly reproduced without your consent. However the information you provide is logged with your IP address, and if abuse of these forms takes place your details may be passed on to the authorities. Also cookies are used for tracking purposes on these pages, but the information gathered is shared with no third parties, and never will be unless you are implicated in abuse of this site or any illegal activity utilising site content.
